Refund policy
The AssemblyAlert result card is a $4.00 USD one-time digital purchase. There are no subscriptions. VIN decode stays free.
Email support@assemblyalert.com within 14 days for a full refund if a serial was never minted for that Checkout session, or if the verify URL does not resolve.
After a serial is minted and resolves at /v/{serial}, refunds are discretionary (duplicate charge or obvious error). A refunded serial must be treated as void.
